Metal Processing
An in-house metal shop, equipped with over 36 pressers ranging from 20 tons to 300 tons, produces a maximum length of 1.2 meter metal stamping. Metal cabinets and components are produced only from high quality materials to insure superior finished products.

Plastic Injection
With over 60 sets of modern plastic injection machines ranging from 80 tons to 1100 tons, Housely Group is capable to produce plastic components for a diversified range of electrical appliances. All plastic injection machines are closely monitored throughout each hour of the day to insure the injected plastics are all in uniform dimensions, appearance and quality.

Molding
Housely Group possesses over 50 sets of molding machines including CNC milling machines , milling machines, EDM machines, wire-cut machines and grinding machines, which produces high quality metal or plastic components. Fabricated by skilled technicians, Housely Group is renowned for the quality of the well-constructed molding tools it constructs for its OEM customers.

Motor Assembly
Aiming for detailed and high grade motors, Housely Group plants a full set of motor assembling equipments including auto insulating inserting machines, coiling machines, auto coil lacing machines, CNC lathes machines, lathes automatic machines and baking room which serve Housely Group 's production from enamel copper coiling, coil insertion to motor trimming. And all motors are produced under strict quality control and up to GS and UL safety requirements.

Powder Coating
Four semi-automatic painting lines are installed to produce fine quality epoxy powder finishing for metal cabinets and accessories.

Product Assembly
Thirteen electrical appliances assembly and sub-assembly lines have a production capacity of up to 20 ,000 pieces a day. While the fully automated LCD TV / Plasma and electronic assembly lines can have a monthly production capacity of over 50,000 units, each assembly line is manned by skilled and trained workers and is supervised by a foreman who constantly monitors the production and quality of products being produced. With such a systematic production management, Housely Group can handles orders, even during peak seasons, in a highly effective manner.
