Artisan casting the mixture of kaolin and petuntse into plaster molds.   Artisan clean the porcelain pieces by removing any sharp protruding edges, such as casting seams.   Workers brush the dust from the porcelain pieces. Then, craftsmen dip and wash each porcelain piece in the liquid glaze. The glaze remains on the surface of the piece like a coating of flour. Artisan wipe the pieces with moist foam rubber to remove glaze from those contact points with the porcelain setter. Load glazed porcelain piece on the setter and ready to bake at 1300°C - 1400°C . White porcelain pieces is ready and quality control will rejected banded or with many pin-holes or uneven glaze running item. Artisan will send the passed item to production for above-glaze painting processs.   Artist will design on Motto paper. Then decoration the white porcelain body with pattern. Another group of artists will colouring the pattern with colour enhanced glaze.     After all, the white porcelain piece were decorated and fired second time at 750-900°C. It depend on the colour glaze melting point. Finally, a finished on-glazed piece is made.
